ASelf -Storage Facility is a permitted use in the Commercial Zoning District pursuant to Section 17.18(3)g. Self -Storage, as dell in Chapter 17.09 d10. as 'Indoor storage of customer's items within partitioned buildings with individual acmes to each partitioned area. This letters confirms approval for this as a permitted use with the following amendments: 1. The site was rezoned to Commercial In 2018 and will expand an existing self storage facility operation. 2. All proposed structures will meet the applicable setbacks to the property lines and maximum height requirements. 3. The proposed pavement will meet the ordinance: oil roods, walks, driveways, parking lots and loading areas will be paved 4. A Construction Site Storm Water Runoff Permit from the Wisconsin DNR was approved on November 6, 2019. Coverage is under WPDES General Permit No. WI-So67831-05. 5. A wetland delineation was completed in 2018 and the report was confirmed by WI DNR on October$ 2016- The wetland onsite Is not considered a Shoreland-Wetland. 6 Erosion and sediment control plans have been submitted and meet Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Technical Standards. Best management practices will be incorporated Based on these findings, the site Is subject to the following conditions 1. Prior to Construction, erosion and sediment control measures as Identified shall be installed prior to all land disturbance activity. The perimeter structural setback( Spheres yard) shall be flagged near the closest point of proposed structures. 2. The field access along the western property line will be abandoned and restored. 9.
