During the review of my soil test for the Jake hall Atgradesite, Ryan Yarrington found a recorded
drainage easement within my proposed system area. The drainage easement was platted but the
drainage way was never actually constructed He the area Is higher than the surrounding property and
not subject to overland flows). However, to avoid needing to go through the lengthy process of vacating
the easement on the plat I am proposing to move the at grade up 1 foot to the 91 contour.
I am attaching the both the approved system design and a redesign moving the system to the 97 00
contour. Please let me know how you would like me to proceed with approving this change.
