ST RQ.Jt "" , LINTY RESOLUTION TO GRANT A 66-FOOT EASEMENT IN THE TOWN OF
/� � HUDSON - ECKERT BLUFFLANDS COUNTY PARK
1 WHEREAS, St. Croix County has agreed to convey an easement to Gary Zappa, Trustee
2 of Gary T. Zappa Revocable Trust, for ingress and egress and utilities as part of the Contract to
3 Purchase Real Property approved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors on June 4, 2019,
4 (Resolution No. 22 (2019)), located in Eckert Blufflands County Park; and
5
6 WHEREAS,part of the agreement was to grant a 33-foot wide easement to be used to
7 access one single-family residential home site for Gary Zappa, Trustee of Gary T. Zappa
8 Revocable Trust; and

10 WHEREAS,the Town of Hudson has required as a condition of approval of the
11 Certified Survey Map, that the easement within the Town of Hudson from River Heights Trail
12 south to the Future Lot 26 be 66-foot wide, instead of 33-foot wide.

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
15 Supervisors authorizes the conveyance of a 66-foot wide easement to Gary Zappa, rather than a
16 33-foot wide easement, for the portion of the easement located in the Town of Hudson.
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other provisions of the Contract to Purchase
18 Real Property, approved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors on June 4, 2019,
19 (Resolution No. 22 (2019)), shall remain in full force and effect.
