PUBLIC HEARING
The St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee will be
conducting a public hearing on Monday, March 24, 1997 at the Troy
Town Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following petition:
1) C.M. Bye and Dennis R. Schultz to rezone a 63.526
acre parcel of land from Agriculture to
Ag./Residential: Location: A parcel of land
located in the SW ; of the SE-,, the NW1/4 of the
SE1/4, and the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 16,
T28N-R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin.
