JOINT MEETING - FINANCE/PLANNING, ZONING AND PARKS
Special Meeting May 20, 1997
Meeting called to order by Finance Chair Don Brown at 6:00 p.m..
Present: Don Brown, Robert Boche, John Bradley, Tom Dorsey, George
Menter, David Hense, Linda Luckey and Ron Raymond. Absent: Tom
O'Connell (excused) .
Motion by Luckey, 2nd by Hense to adopt the agenda. Carried.
Motion by Bradley, 2nd by Boche to convene into closed session
pursuant to WI Statute 19.85 (1)(e) to deliberate the purchase of
public property. Roll call vote: all yes. Carried.
Motion by Hense, 2nd by Bradley to reconvene into open session per
Wi Statute 19.85 (2). Carried.
Administrative Coordinator John Krizek and County Planner Ellen
Denzer made the presentation on the land purchase. Action from
closed session: Motion by Bradley, 2nd by Raymond to recommend
purchase of public property to the County Board of Supervisors.
Roll call vote: Bradley - yes, Raymond - yes, Luckey - yes, Dorsey
- yes, Menter - no, Hense - yes, Boche - no, Brown - yes. Six yes,
two no. Carried.
Motion by Hense, 2nd by Bradley to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at
6:50 p.m.
