Staff present: Cindy Sherman, Mary Jenkins. Chairman Dorsey called the hearing to order at 8:00 PM. The hearing notice was read into the record. Zoning Business: 1. Jill Joski to rezone a 6.78 acre parcel of land from Ag Residential to Commercial. Location: The NE'/4 of the SE%a, Section 33, T29N-R18W, Town of Warren, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. 2. Certified survey map for St. Croix County Dorsey set the rules for the hearing. 1. Jill Joslci, 638 S. T. H. "65", Roberts, Wisconsin, told the committee that she is requesting that her 6.78 acres be rezoned to Commercial to accommodate The Country Store she operates. This includes all of the buildings on the property. A letter from the Town Board supporting the request was read by Jenkins. Committee discussed an existing ag easement with the Joskis. Hugh Gwinn, Attorney for Ms. Joslci, further explained the easement, and explained how the need for the rezoning arrived. The Country Store began by selling only ag related products, and now sales have been expanded to products requiring a commercially zoned district. Gwinn showed the committee a map, indicating that several of the buildings shown on the map have been removed. Roxanne Hable, 631 S. T. H. "65", Roberts, Wisconsin, spoke in favor of the rezoning. Marie Gwinn, who sells her products at the Country Storo9 spoke in favor of the rezoning. Chairman Dorsey asked for further questions or comments, and when none were received, closed the hearing for the committee to make a decision on the request. A motion was made by Hense, seconded by Menter, to recommend approval of the request of Jill Joski to the County Board. Motion carried. 2. Item no 2, the certified survey map for St. Croix County, was removed from the agenda. A motion was made by Hense, seconded by Raymond, to adjourn. Motion carried.
