PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING
Date: June 10, 1997 Location: Health Center, New Richmond
The Personnel Committee was called to order at 1:20 p.m. by
Chairman William Krueger. Members present: Krueger, John Bradley,
Mary Louise Olson, and Tim Filipiak. Excused absence: Art
Jacobson. Also present: John Krizek, Debra Kathan, John Borup,
Carolyn Krieger, and WERC Mediator Thomas Yeager. The purpose of
the meeting was a mediation session between the County and the
AFSCME Unions in an attempt to reach agreement on a successor
contract.
Motion (Bradley, Olson) to go into closed session per WI Stat.
19.85 (1) c and e for the purpose mediation sessions with the
AFSCME unions. Roll call vote: all aye; moved into closed session
at 1:21 p.m. Moved (Bradley, Filipiak) and approved to come out of
closed session at 10:35 p.m. No action taken. Krueger adjourned
the meeting at 10:35 p.m.
