PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING
Date: Sept. 22, 1997 Location: Government Center, Hudson
The Personnel Committee meeting was called to order at 1 p.m.
by Chairman William Krueger. Members present: Krueger, Mary
Louise Olson, Tim Filipiak, John Bradley, and Art Jacobson. Also
present: Debra Kathan.
Moved (Bradley, Filipiak) and approved to accept the agenda as
presented. Moved (Bradley, Jacobson) and approved to accept the
minutes of the September 8 meeting. The Committee declined to set
a meeting date for October as no business is currently pending.
The Committee reviewed the work of the evaluation team
regarding requests for job description reviews based upon the
county's classification/compensation system. The review for the
position of Activities Director was held in abeyance until the
Human Services Board has a opportunity for review.
Moved (Jacobson, Filipiak) and approved to accept the report
of the Evaluation Team and place the point -factor totals for the
reviewed positions as follows:
Land Conservation Technician

It was noted that none of the point -value changes would have
a financial impact (i.e. new pay grade). Krueger adjourned the
Committee at 2:30 p.m.
