Adoption of Agenda:
Burn made motion, seconded by Norton- Bauman, to adopt the agenda. Carried.
Action on Previous Minutes: None
Date of Next Meeting: March 4, 2008
Closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. sec. 19.85(1)(c) to consider performance evaluation data of an employee
over which the Land & Water Conservation committee exercises responsibility; reconvening into open session.
Position to be reviewed: Director, Land & Water Conservation and Parks Department
Motion by Peavey, seconded by Graf, to move into closed session. Roll call vote: All "Yes ". Carried unanimously.
Reconvene into Open Session.
Motion by Graf, seconded by Burri, to come out of Closed session at 10:28 a.m. Carried.
4 -H Youth Development Agent position
Committee briefly discussed the 4 -H Youth Development Agent position vacancy.
