1. Closed session per WI Stat. 19.85 (1) e. to deliberate and review collective bargaining
strategies prior to exchanging initial proposals with AFSCME bargaining units.
Reconvene into open session.
2. Exchange of initial bargaining proposals with AFSCME bargaining units.

CALL TO ORDER — The meeting was called to order by Chairman Standafer at 8:18 a.m.
ROLL CALL — Members Present: Daryl Standafer, Roger Larson, and Steve Hermsen
Others Present: Administrative Coordinator Chuck Whiting, Human Resources Administrator Tammy Funk, Finance
Accountant Mike Wanschura, Rodney Kongshaug and Christopher Colbert of Highway 576; Jim Williams, Katie
Thurmes, Lisa Dahl, Diane Peterson and Kim Dupre of SCCOPE; Shaela Lubfried of Nursing Home 2721; and Steve
Hartmann of Council 40.
ADOPTION OF AGENDA — Motion by Hermsen, 2 nd by Larson to approve the agenda as presented. Carried
unanimously
DATE OF NEXT MEETING — To be determined
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: May 11, 2010 — Motion by Hermsen, 2 nd by Larson
to approve the meeting minutes of May 11, 2010. Carried unanimously
OLD AND NEW BUSINESS:
1. Closed session per WI Stat. 19.85 (1) e. to deliberate and review collective bargaining
strategies prior to exchanging initial proposals with AFSCME bargaining units.
Reconvene into open session. Motion by Hermsen, 2nd by Larson to go into closed
session. Carried unanimously. The Committee went to closed session at 8:20 a.m.
Reconvene into open session. Motion by Larson, 2 nd by Hermsen to reconvene into open session
at 9:04 a.m. Carried unanimously.
2. Exchange of initial bargaining proposals with AFSCME bargaining units. The
Committee met with representatives of the AFSCME units and exchanged initial
bargaining positions. Discussion on timing of negotiations for the bargaining process.
Dates for future meetings for negotiations were set.
ADJOURN
There being no further business to come before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
