ST. ROM�'w '° �..1NTY RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TO THE CITY
OF HUDSON
1 WHEREAS, the City of Hudson will be reconstructing the intersection of Carmichael
2 and Vine Street in the City of Hudson; and

4 WHEREAS, the reconstruction of said streets require an additional 12' strip of right of
5 way to accommodate the new infrastructure plan; and

7 WHEREAS, the Administration Committee has reviewed the requested land transfer at
8 their meeting on June 16, 2020 and recommended approval.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
11 Supervisors does authorize the transfer to the City of Hudson of 14,271 square feet or property
12 along Vine Street in the City of Hudson for use as public right of way.

Legal Note:
Fiscal Impact: No fiscal cost for transfer of land, and no ongoing maintenance costs for
improvements to the property.
