ST. R�.J►9, �'w '° �..1NTY RESOLUTION CREATING ST. CROIX COUNTY SMALL BUSINESS
LOAN PROGRAM WITH BUDGET AMENDMENT#2
1 WHEREAS,the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors adopted the 2020 County Budget on November
2 5, 2019; and
3 WHEREAS,the Covid-19 pandemic has put additional financial pressure on the citizens and businesses
4 of St. Croix County; and
5 WHEREAS, St. Croix County Administration Committee created a subcommittee,the Economic Relief
6 and Recovery Task Force,to review options to assist the community with financial issues; and
7 WHEREAS,the Economic Relief and Recovery Task Force has recommended the development of a
8 Small Business Loan Program to assist those struggling businesses during these financially trying times;
9 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does
10 authorize amendment number 2 of the 2020 County Budget to the accounts below for the creation of the
11 St. Croix County Small Business Loan Program.
