(3)(c)2 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance
The request has been conditionally approved based on the application submission and the following
findings
The applicant has secured a State Sanitary Permit from St Croix County to Install a code
compliant Private Onsne Wastewater Treatment System (POWTS) The sanitary permit was
issued on April 22, 2020 as State Sanitary Permit a617881
The applicant secured a building permit from the All Croix Inspections on June 17, 2020 for
construction of a new single-family dwelling and an after -the -fan permn for a 16'x24'

Only a travel trailer or manufactured home may be allowed for temporary occupancy OnJuly
24, 2020, Community Development staff drove past the property and only one recreational
vehiclewasarrate With condition to relocate the temporary structure and this travel trailer on
to the property addressed as 1941 County Road E, this request will comply with Chapter 17.70

A site plan was submitted which includes relocation of the outbuilding onto the property
addressed as 1941 County Road E All setbacks and development standards per Chapter 17 will
be met
Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use Permit is subject to the following conditions
1 The travel trailer shall Be connected to a legal sanitary system

2 This approval is for temporary occupancy for a travel trailer Additional travel trailers or
structures used for temporary occupancy are rim approved as a part of this permit and would
violate permit conditions.
3 Temporary occupancy shall not exceed one year, therefore, the permit vnll expire on July 28,

4 All residential occupancy of the travel trailer shall cease when the principal home is capable of
occupancy
5 Relocation of the outbuilding shall comply with all building setbacks as per Chapter t] This
