The pmpozed land disturbance is within 300 feet of the ordinary high-water mark (OHWMJ of the Apple Rover • The Proposd structures meet the 75-foot setback to the OHWM The setback shall be measured to the closest pant of the structure pursuant to Ch 17 30 6 1 • The proposed structures meet the setbacks to the property lines and maximum 35-fool height requirement • The proposed land disturbance will not affect slopes greater than 25% • The total impervious surface calculation within 3W feet of the Oil resulted in 11% Mitigation ns not required pursuant to Wis Star 59692 • Erosion and sediment control plans have been submitted and meet Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Technical Standards Best management practices will be incorporated • The proposed structures are within close proximity to a flodplam.
