options for space utilization at the three County campuses included in the study. He
emphasized considering under - utilized space for better use in helping to determine the
necessary work space needed for the County's workforce. He reviewed space utilization
options in the Government Center and Ag Center buildings. He noted additional data
collection would be needed including surveying County departments on their needs and
projections for future work needs. He briefly reviewed lease versus building options and
issues with relocating staff while maintaining workflow.

campus and the City of New Richmond's needs. Discussion included consideration of a
looped water main for the County site to improve water flow. Simons reviewed the
County's Vierbicher study from 2003 as an example of land use planning that may be
needed for considering options for both water mains and a city water tower. The
Highway 64 alignment and the City's transportation plans were also reviewed and
discussed, and a meeting with the City for May 6 on this subject was noted.
