ADJOURN
NOTE: A quorum of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors (County Board) may be present
at this meeting. Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for
the purpose of obtaining information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County
Board meetings.

CALL TO ORDER: Chair Hermsen called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
ROLL CALL - Members Present: Supervisors Steve Hermsen, Sharon Norton - Bauman, Gene
Ruetz, Richard `Buzz' Marzolf.
STAFF PRESENT: David Fodroczi, Kevin Grabau, Monica Lucht
GUESTS: None
REVIEW OF AGENDA
OLD AND NEW BUSINESS
Reconsideration of Rezoning Amendment for Crisdhome Farm, Inc., in the Town of
Stanton: Chair Hermsen stated this reconsideration is to modify the previously passed rezoning
resolution that contained a condition requiring a deed restriction. Corporation Counsel had
indicated to staff that the condition is not appropriate in either the motion or the amending
ordinance. Motion by Norton - Bauman, 2" by Ruetz to reconsider the previous motion. Motion
carried. Motion by Ruetz, 2nd by Norton- Bauman to approve the rezoning based on staff
recommendations and findings without the deed restriction. Motion carried.
Chair Hermsen adjourned the meeting at 8:40 a.m.
