Community Development staff have reviewed the application for Temporary Occupancy of a travel
trailer on the Property described above. Temporary placement and occupancy of a travel trailer or
manufactured home may be granted if the owner has secured a sanitary and balding permit for the
construction of a permitted principle structure pursuant to Chapter 153%62Ed of the St Crax
County Code of Ordinances The request has been con¢monallyapproved based on the application
submission and the following findings
• The applicant has soured a State Sanitary Permit from St Croix County for a replacement
Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (POWTS) The sanitary permit was issued July
N, 2019
• The replacement POWTS was installed on July 20, 2020 St Croix County stall inspected the
replacement system following installation
• The applicant secured a Building and Land Use Permit from the Town of Glenwood on June
22, 2020 for the construction of Irving quarters (single-family dwelling/shouse) and an
accessory structure
Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use Permit is subject to the following conditions.
1 The mobile home shall be connected to the newly installed legal sanitary system during
temporary occupancy pursuant to Chapter 15.390. B.2 in 1.
2 Location of the new dwelling and accessory structure shall comply with all building setbacks
as per Chapter 15 the St Cron County Code of Ordinances
3 This approval is for temporary occupancy of a single travel trailer Additional travel trailers
or structures used for temporary occupancy are not approved as pad of this permit and
would violate permit conditions
4 The permit is valid for a pours atone year The permit will expire on August 9, 2021, unless
an extension Is granted by the Zoning Administrator Significant progress contructing the
dwelling would have to made in order to be considered for an extension

5 Occupancy of the travel trailer shall cease when the principal home is capable of occupancy
6. It is the applicant's responsibility to secure any other required local state or federal permit(s)
and approvals) prior to land disturbance activity
Failure to comply with the terms or conditions above may result in the revocation of this
permit by the Zoning Administrator
This approval is subject to the conditions listed above, it does not allow for any additional
construction, structures, or buildings beyond the limns of this request. your information will remain
on file at the St Croix County Community Development Department suite It is your responsibility to
ensure compliance with any other local, cote, or federal permimng or regulations, including
contacting the Town of Glenwood and the Department of Natural Resources to inquire ifadditional
permissmns are required This permit is valid for one year, with the possibility of up to two (2) six
-
month extensions if the applicant submits the appropriate permit extension fee and documentation
to the Zoning Administrator. A copy of the Land Use Permit placard should be submitted to the
towns local Building Inspector upon applying for town building permits) The orange placard must
be posted on the)ob-site and visible from public view
