Shoreland Hobrtmc As per 417 3012 d an agreement or affidavit shall be recorded with the SC Croix County Register of Deeds Once pnor to issuance of the permit • The total Impervious Surface calculation within 300 feet of the OHWM resulted in19.02%. therefore mitigation standards as per Chapter 17.30 M apply mitigation point is required by ordinance. • The existing Private Onnte Wastewater Treatment System(POWTS) will be abandoned and replaced with a new system A State Sanitary Permit will be required • Erosion and sediment control plans have been submmed and meet Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Technical Standards Best management practices and stormwater management will be incorporated Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use Permit is subject to the following conditions: 1 Por to Construction, erosion control measures as per plan must be installed prior to all land disturbance activity A tacking pad (3-6" clean, breaker rock) shall be placed at the entrance of the property and a second row of silt fence or sediment log shall be placed along the western edge of 5Bra Street as shown on the revised site plan.
