ST C RQ ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE MAP, CHAPTER 15; SECTION 13 & SECTION 18, TOWN

1 AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE MAP FOR THE
2 TOWN OF SOMERSET, SECTIONS 13 & 18, REZONING FROM
3 R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C-3 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT

5 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
6 The Comprehensive Zoning Map for the Town of Somerset, adopted pursuant to
7 Chapter 15 of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by rezoning
8 the following property:

10 From R-2 Residential District to C-3 Commercial District:
11 Parcels of land located in Sections 13 and 18, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin,
12 described as follows:

74 The official zoning map of the Town of Somerset on file in the Community Development
75 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance. This ordinance shall be
76 effective as provided in Section 59.69(5) of the Wisconsin Statutes. This ordinance shall not be
77 codified.
