ST C ISO % NTY RESOLUTION TO EXTEND RESOLUTION 15 (2020) COVID-19
EMERGENCY DECLARATION UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2020
1 WHEREAS, St. Croix County declared a State of Emergency on March 16, 2020 due to
2 the COVID-19 pandemic with Resolution 15 (2020); and
3
4 WHEREAS, said State of Emergency declaration is due to expire on September 16,
5 2020; and
6
7 WHEREAS, the conditions that contributed to the declaration of State of Emergency still
8 exist,
9
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
11 Supervisors does hereby extend Resolution 15 (2020)Declaration of a State of Emergency due to
12 Covid-19 pandemic until December 31, 2020.
