CST James Thompson completed a new soil test in November of 2015 and once again recommending am m-pound system using a 4 and application cote. A discussion between Mr. McGrath, Mr Nechvdle and mvsdf cemmoil around the longevity of the first system installed and the recommendation to re-mstall a second system in -ground with a slightly larger footprint crud We discussed alternatives such as the at -grade mound and its space requirements and the opnom of installing a mound system. With the lack of sufficient contour length In site and At - Grade Mound cell we defend to the fi inch mound With the available space we were able TO lovete a mound dispersal tell 9 B x 6/ B just below the existing dispersal Cells just slightly off contour With the grade available we figured we could mcely blend the system into the existing slope A point of discussion on the system design is thin the Thompson su l mport daumented fill material in BM2 and Bay This fill material should he discussed as it could affect the type of design submitted tithe fill material was in the area of the proposed dispersal cell Bea Terms; fill in the hest 10 inches of the prof le description There is a discrepancy between the Mange location and its elevation I believe the elevation is in error as it would make sense that the studs may have been disturbed near the top of the ditch during mad construction We completed a shovel pit on the proposed down dupe edge of the fill area and found no fill at that point. The other boring nidwaung fill was B#3, this Faring was dlacent to the existing dispersal cells and likely was remnants of the disturbed soils and subsequent backfi ling of the original sanitary system. Based on our review of the site we feel that this proposed mound system will degaetely treat and disperse the wastewater generated from this four bedroom residence and that we are confident that here is no fill material within the proposed dispersed areas Page9 of 9 a ti..
