septic system and driveway vothn the Shoreland Overlay Zoning DietnR The request has been conditionally
approved based on the appLcabon submission and the fell Tremor in compliance whh the applicable
Supplemental Shoreland Standards
• All setbacks and restrictions as per Ch 16315 and 16325, including the required 75 mat setback to the
OHWM
• The total Impervious Surface (IS)calculation resulted in 7 Mrs therefore Mitigation is not required As per Ch
16335 up to 15%IS S allowed with a land use permit
• Land Disturbance within 300 feet from the Ordinary High Water Mark(OHWM) of Turtle Lake is proposed
As per Ch 16345, disturbance is allowed with a land use permit The proposed land disturbance is less than
1 acre and will affect slopes 12-1991 but will not disturb greater Man 10000 so IF,
• Vegetation removal and exempt accessory structures are not hall as a part of this proposal
• Slopes greater than 25%on Me prep¢rty exist however there mil be no disturbance or structures placed
within this area

• Astate sanitary permit application was submitted on September 1, 2020
