Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use Permit is subject to the following conditions The cost of the modification of the upper deck beyond 200 square feet, equates to 228%of the present qualued assessed value of the structure Therefore, over the life of the mucture only 47R%may be permitted as a modification or addition Once the modification or addition equates or exceeds 50%, then the entire structure would need to be permanently changed to a conforming structure in compliance with the Floodplain Zoning Ordinance.
