ROM�'w '° �..1NTY RESOLUTION APPROVING REZONING IN THE TOWN OF TROY - MOELTER - GLOVER ROAD 1 WHEREAS, Greg and Mark Moelter filed a rezoning application for property at 634 2 Glover Road in the Town of Troy; and 3 4 WHEREAS, the request is to rezone the following described property from Exclusive 5 Agricultural to Commercial-General Retail and Service: 6 A Iparcel of land located in part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15,T28N, R19W,flown of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, being part of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map Volume 9, Page 2510 being Document Numlbeir 485736 as recorded in the Office of the St. Croix County IRegiister of Deeds; descrribed as follows: Commending at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 15 thence along the south Mine of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 15, N89'18'19"E a distance of 1555.44 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 1 of said Certified Survey Map, also being the point of beginning; thence, along the westeirly line of sand Certified Survey Map, N33'57'38"E a distance of 1008.12 feet to the Northwesterly corner of sand Certified Survey Map; thence 501°10'17"E a distance of 829.30 feet to said south line of the Northwest Quarter, thence along sand south Hine of the Northwest Quarter, S89'18'19"W a distance of 580.15 feet 7 to the point of beginning. Containing 5.522 acres of land. 8 9 WHEREAS, on August 6, 2020 the Town of Troy Plan Commission met and 10 recommended approval on the proposed zoning map amendment; and 11 12 WHEREAS, on August 20, 2020 the Town of Troy Town Board held a properly noticed 13 public hearing on the proposed zoning map amendment; and 14 15 WHEREAS, following the public hearing of August 20, 2020 the Troy Town Board 16 approved the zoning map amendment; and 17 18 WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes states that in counties having a county 19 zoning ordinance no town ordinance amendment is effective unless approved by the county 20 board; and 21 22 WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and 23 24 WHEREAS, the Community Development Committee has reviewed the proposed 25 amendment and recommends approval. 26 27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of 28 Supervisors that the amendments to the Town of Troy Zoning Ordinance described above are 29 hereby approved.
