ROM�'w '° �..1NTY RESOLUTION APPROVING TROY TEXT AMENDMENTS TO THE TOWN OF TROY ZONING ORDINANCE 170 - SECTION K 4, TABLE 1; 170- L 2, L 3 AND L 4; 170— M 2, M 3 AND M 4; 170— N 2, N 3 AND N 4; 170— 0 2, 0 3 AND 0 4 1 WHEREAS, on August 6, 2020 the Town of Troy Plan Commission conducted a 2 properly noticed public hearing and provided recommendations on the proposed zoning text 3 amendments; and 4 5 WHEREAS, on August 20, 2020 the Town of Troy Town Board held a properly noticed 6 public hearing on the proposed text amendments to the Town of Troy Zoning Ordinance; and 7 8 WHEREAS, following the public hearing, the Troy Town Board approved text 9 amendments shown in Exhibit A; and 10 11 WHEREAS, Section 60.62(3), Wisconsin Statutes states that in counties having a county 12 zoning ordinance no town ordinance amendment is effective unless approved by the county 13 board; and 14 15 WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and 16 17 WHEREAS, the Community Development Committee has reviewed the proposed 18 amendment and recommends approval. 19 20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of 21 Supervisors that the amendments to the Town of Troy Zoning Ordinance described above are 22 hereby approved.
