ST. ROM�w UNTY RESOLUTION CHARGE BACK ILLEGAL REAL ESTATE TAXES
1 WHEREAS, there is listed in the 2018 and 2019 tax rolls for the following
2 municipality's parcel shown to be tax delinquent that have been determined to have been
3 incorrectly taxed; and

5 WHEREAS, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 70.74(2), if a county has settled with a
6 municipality for unpaid taxes later found to have been incorrectly assessed, the county board
7 may order such a tax to be charged back to the respective municipality wherein such lands are
8 situated in the clerk's next apportionment of county taxes.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
11 Supervisors authorizes St. Croix County to charge back on the 2020 apportionment of county
12 real estate taxes the following amounts to the respective municipality.
