Suppemental Shoreland Standards
• All setbacks and reslnnwn as per Ch 16315 and 16325, including the required 75-0Wt Whack to the
OHWM
• The total Impemws Sudden(IS)calculation resulted in I6%,therefore Mitigation is not required As per Ch
16335 up to 15%is allowed with a land use permit
Land Disturbance within 300 feet from the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) of the Apple River is
Tapper As per Ch 16345 disturbance is allowed with a IaM use Permit The proposed land disturbance
will net affect slopes greater than 12%
Shares; greaer than 25%on the property exist however here will be no disturbance or structures placed
within this area
The recorded CeNLed Survey Map (CSM) has a bluMme setback shown and the proposed structures are not
within this setback area
• Erosion and sediment control plans have been submitted and meet Wisconsin Department of Natural
Examines Technical Standards Best management practices will be incorporated
• A state sanitary permit application was submitted on Otlaber 21, 2020
Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use Permit is subject to the following conditions.
