Community Development staff have reviewed tie Land Use Pereart application far an annual to an ensimg
conforming structure within a Shoreland Overlay District pursuant to Chapter 76 330 5 The request has
been conditionally approved based on the application submission and the following findings
• The conditionally permitted structures are proposed in the Town of Star Prairie within a Shoreland
Overlay Distil¢
• Proposed mntiucWn is within 300 ft ORM1e ordinary high- water mark (OHWM) of a navigable
waterbody, Cedar Lake
The structure will be under the maximum height of 35 feet
Structure setbacks and standards will be regulated by the Town of Star Prairie zoning authority
• The proposed addmon meets the 75-foot Setback W the OHWM The setback shall be measured t0
the closest point of the structure pursuant to Ch 16 315 1 a
All proposed development will be located outside of the Zone A floodplmn boundary
• The total Impervious Surface (IS) calculation resulted in 9% No impetuous Surfaces all be aided
