ST. ROM�w UNTY RESOLUTION EXTENDING COVID-19 EMERGENCY DECLARATION
1 WHEREAS, St. Croix County declared a State of Emergency on March 16, 2020 due to
2 the COVID-19 pandemic with Resolution 15 (2020); and

4 WHEREAS, said State of Emergency declaration is due to expire on September 16,
5 2020; and
6
7 WHEREAS, The State of Emergency declaration was extended on August 4, 2020 with
8 Resolution 30(2020)to an expiration date of December 31, 2020; and
9
10 WHEREAS, the conditions that contributed to the declaration of State of Emergency still
11 exist,

13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
14 Supervisors does hereby extend Resolution 15 (2020) Declaration of a State of Emergency due to
15 Covid-19 pandemic until June 30, 2021.
