ST C RQ AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE
TOWN OF EAU GALLE, SECTION 7, REZONING FROM C-3
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO 1-1 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:

3 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St.
4 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following property:

6 From C-3 Commercial District to I-1 Industrial District:

8 A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Eau Galle, St.
9 Croix County,Wisconsin, described as follows:

11 CSM, Volume 20, Page 5123, Lot 2 (5.95 acres)

13 The official zoning map of the Town of Eau Galle on file in the Community Development
14 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance. This ordinance shall be
15 effective upon passage and publication as provided in Section 59.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
16 This ordinance shall not be codified.
