ROM�'w '° �..1NTY AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE TOWN OF KINNICKINNIC, SECTION 19, REZONING FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT 1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows: 2 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of 3 St. Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following property: 4 5 From R-2 Residential District to C-2 Commercial District: 6 7 A parcel of land located in the SW % of the SE % and the NW % of the SE % of Section 19, 8 Township 28N, Range 18W, Town of Kinnickinnic, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as 9 follows: 10 11 Lot 9, CSM 20-5047 (22.309 acres) 12 13 And the following described parcel: 14 Located in the NW%of the SE 1✓4 of Section 119, Townshiip 28 North, Range 18'V'v'est, Town of Kinirnickininlic, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; described as follows: Commencing at the South Corner of said Section 19; Thence N 010 23'41"along the north-south quarter Iliine of said Section 19, 182.05 feet to the 'SW corner of Lot 9, CSM 20- 047; Thence N 890 57'46" E along the south Mine of said Lot'9, 154.49 feet to the west right of way line of State Highway 65; Thence N 19 36'110" E along said west night of way line, 1251.07 feet to an angle (point in said west 6glht of way Iline and the point of beginning.
