While performing the field work for this survey, one of the residents from Lot 8 came to tell me that the pipe I found was in the wrong location - that it "originally" was NR Corner • 1 1/4" (o.d.) Iron Pipe, found. about 1-1/2 feet from where I found it. Due to the fact that my "found" location matches the other pipe found for Lot 2, this statement makes no sense. Section 31 ® 4' Wood Lath set on lot line. 2. In the area shown for "See Note 2", there was a line of fence posts set in the ground. They started out fairly close to the lot line (by the NE corner of Lot 2) but by the time T31N, R18W (Aluminum Cap) DRAFTED BY: DPK FILE: /2020/20-3549/PropertySurvey.scj they were near the pipe set on the North line of Lot 2, they were encroaching several feet onto Lot 2. My assumption is they were set by the owners of Lot 8 to represent the lot line, but it is not possible to see from the NE corner to the NW corner (for Lot 2), due to elevation change, trees midway along the lot line and the evergreen tree (shown). I 3. Also while on the site, the individual from Note 1 stated something about not disturbing the irons set on their lot line. Unsure if they referred to iron pipe or the fenceposts. County survey maps were searched but nothing showed up for these lots, other than the C.S.M. and the plat of Prairie Pond Breaks. cNo 4. It appears the description for "Parcel 1" was taken directly from the "location" on the C.S.M. The land included in the C.S.M. was located in both the NE 1/4 -NE 1/4 and d the SE 1/4 -NE 1/4 of Section 31, but Lot 2 is located in the SE 1/4 -NE 1/4 of Section 31 only - not in the NE 1/4 -NE 1/4.
