Town of Kmmckinmc Project Address 249 Hwy 65 Jeff, Community Development staff have reviewed the Land Use Permit application for the construction of a single fmaily dwelling, detached garage, shed, driveway, ad POWTS within a Shoreland Overlay Zoning District The request has been conditionally approved based on the application wbmission and the following findings The central permitted structure is proposed In the Town of Dinnickmrnq wthin a Shoreland Overlay District. The proposed land disturbance Is wtbin 300 feet of the ordinary high-water mark (OHWM) of the Kmnickmmc River The proposed structures meet the R-foot setback to the OHWM The setback shall be measured to the closest port of the structure pursoam to Ch 16 315.1a The proposed single family dwelling meets the setbacks to the property Imes and maximum 35- foot height requirement The proposed land disturbance will not affect slopes greater than 12% The total impervious surface calculation within 300 feet of the OHWM resulted in 091% Mitigation is not required pursuant to Wis Scat 59692 Erosion and sediment control plans have been submitted and meet Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Technical Standards.
