To whom it may concern,
Community Development staff have reviewed the Land Use Permit application for the conswmon
of a single-family dwelling, driveway, and POWTS within a Shoreland Overlay District The request
has been c rdmonally approved based on the application submission and the following findings
• The conditionally permitted structures are proposed in the Town of Richmond, within a Shoreland
Overlay District
The proposed land disturbance is within 300 feet of the ordinary high-water mark (OHWM) of
• Papegrack Creek
• The proposed structures meet the 75 Not setback to the OHWM The setback shall be measured
to the closest point of the structure Pursuant to Ch 163151 a
The proposed structures meet the setbacks to the property lines and maximum 35-foot height
requrement (Principal structure)
• The proposed land disturbance will not affect slopes greater than 12%
The structures and land disturbance are proposed outside the floodplam limits
The proposed dwelling meets the Lowest Building Opening elevation of 9844.
• The total impervious surface calculation within 300 feet of the OHWM resulted in 8 l% Mitigation
is not required pursuant to Wis Star 59692
• Erosion and sediment control plans have been submitted and meet Wisconsin Departmentof
Natural Resources Technical Standards Best management practices will be incorporated.
• A sanitary permit apphcabon was submitted on December 23, 2020 and is pending approval
Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use Permit is subject to the following conditions

GENERAL APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
APPLICATION:
Applications will not be accepted until the applicant has:
• Met with the Zoning Administrator to review the appllcaoon,

Department;

The Zoning Administrator will review the application far completeness and asssgn a file number to Me
application The Zoning Administrator may rapture additional information and will notify the applicant of this
within 10 days. Upon receiving a complete application and supporting documents, the Zoning Administrator
