The request has been conditionally approved based on the application submission and the following findings The conditionally permitted structure is proposed in the Town of Cylon, within a Shoreland Overlay District • The proposed land disturbance is within 300 feet of the ordinary high-water mark (OH WM) of the WAlow River. The proposed structure meets the 75-foot setback to the OHWM.
