Community Development staff have renewed the Land Use Permit application for the construction
of a single-family dwelling within a Shoreland Overlay District. The request has been conditionally
approved based on the application submission and the following findings
The conditionally permitted structure is proposed in the Town of Cylon, within a Shoreland Overlay
District
• The proposed land disturbance is within 300 feet of the ordinary high-water mark (OH WM) of the
WAlow River.
The proposed structure meets the 75-foot setback to the OHWM. The setback shall be measured
to the closest Pont of the structure pursuant to Ch. 16 3151 a
• The proposed structures meet the setbacks to the property Imes and maximum 35-foot height
requirement (principal structure)
The proposed land disturbance will not affect slopes greater than 12%
The proposed land disturbance is within close proximity to a wetland
The total impervious surface calculation within 300 feet of the OHWM resulted in 26% Mitigation
is not required pursuant to Wis Star 59692
Erosion and sediment control plans have been submitted and most Wisconsin Department of
Natural Resources Technical Standards. Best management prances will be incorporated

be installed if found necessary due to site specific concerns and will be documented in an as -built
site plan
5 All temporary erosion control measures shall be left in place and maintained until the she has reached
a port of at least 70%Permanent vegetation. Permanent vegetation shall be established once final
grade is reached or as soon as applicable per plan
6 Apost-constmttion inspection is required prior to removing the temporary sediment and erosion
