To rezone approximately 60 acres from R1 to R2 for Cloutier Trust BACKGROUND INFORMATION The Everett and Adeline Cloutier Trust(applicant)owns 60 acres of land in the Town of Star Prairie zoned R-1 Residential District. The applicant has applied to change the zoning to the R-2 Residential District. A Class II notice was published in the Star Observer on January 7,2021 and January 14,2021,establishing a public hearing on January 21,2021 with the Community Development Committee meeting at 5:00 PM in the St. Croix County Government Center Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Road,Hudson,Wisconsin. TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 60 ACRES FROM R1 TO R2 FOR CLOUTIER TRUST 1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows: 2 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of 3 St. Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following property: 4 5 From R-1 Residential District to R-2 Residential District: 6 7 The North Y of the Northwest% of Section 20,Township 31 North, Range 18 West, except the 8 East 41 rods and 6 feet of the North 14 rods and 10 feet of the Northeast % of the Northwest 9 %; and 10 11 Except Lot 1 Certified Survey Map Volume 17, Page 4627, St. Croix County, Wisconsin 12 13 The official zoning map of the Town of Star Prairie on file in the Community Development 14 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.This ordinance shall be effective 15 upon passage and publication as provided in Section 59.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
