The setback shall be measured to the closest point of the structure pursuant to Ch 16 315 1 a • All proposed development will be located outside of Me Zone A Boodplaln boundary per FEMA map Panel x55093C0130E • The total impervious surface calculation within 300 feet of the OHWM resulted in less than 15%, therefore mitigation is not required pursuant to Ws Stat 59 692 • Erosion and sediment control plans have been submitted and meet Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Technical Standards Best management practices will be incorporated • A sanitary permit was submitted cn November 12, 2020 and is pending approval Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use permit is subject to the following conditions 1 Prior to Construction, erosion control measures, such as silt fencing must be installed prior to all land disturbance activity 2.
