Community Development staff have reviewed the Land Use permit application for a single-family
dwelling, attached garage, shared driveway, patio, and septic system within a Shoreland Overlay
District The request has been conditionally approved based on the application submission and the
following findings.
• The conditionally permitted structures are proposed in the Town of Kinm<kinniq within
Shoreland Overlay District
• The proposed structures meet setbacks to the property Imes and maximum 35-foot height
requirement
• Proposed land disturbance is partially within 300 fit of the ordinary high-water mark
(OHWM) of the Kinmckinnic river
• The proposed structures are not within the 75-foot setback to the OH WM. The setback
shall be measured to the closest point of the structure pursuant to Ch 16 315 1 a
• All proposed development will be located outside of Me Zone A Boodplaln boundary per
FEMA map Panel x55093C0130E
• The total impervious surface calculation within 300 feet of the OHWM resulted in less than
15%, therefore mitigation is not required pursuant to Ws Stat 59 692
• Erosion and sediment control plans have been submitted and meet Wisconsin Department
of Natural Resources Technical Standards Best management practices will be incorporated
• A sanitary permit was submitted cn November 12, 2020 and is pending approval
Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use permit is subject to the following conditions
1 Prior to Construction, erosion control measures, such as silt fencing must be installed prior to all
land disturbance activity
2. Apre-constructian inspection is required to validate setbacks and venfy the installation of erosion

3 St Crow County reserves the right to require additional sediment and erosion control measures to
be installed if found necessary due to site specific concerns and will be documented in an as -built
site plan
4 All temporary erosion control measures shall be left in placeand maincu ad until the site has reached
a point of at least 7096 permanent vegetation permanent vegetation shall be estabbshed once final
grade is reached or as soon as applicable per plan.
5 A postconstmNon inspection is required prior to removing the temporary sediment and erosion
control measures to verify proper vegetation cover has been established Please call me at

6 The Department of Natural Resources shall be contacted for a NR 216 permit if land disturbance
equals one acre of greater in size

8 Failure to comply with the terms or conditions above may result in the revocation of this permit by
the Zoning Administrator pursuant to Chapter 16 570.1
