File# LUP-2021-016 Project Location 1631181259B, Town of Star Prairie Project Address. 2187 loath St To whom it may concern, Community Development staff have reviewed the Land Use Permit application for the construction of a single-family dwelling, driveway, and POi within a Shoreland Overlay District Therequest has been conditionally approved based on the application submission and the following findings The conditionally permitted structure is proposed in the Town of Star Prairie, within a Shoreland Overlay District. • The proposed land disturbance is within 300 feet of the ordinary high-water mark(OHWM) of navigable pond. • The proposed structure meals the 75 foot setback to the OHWM The setback shall be measured to the closest point of the structure Pursuant to Ch_ 16 315 1 a • The proposed structure meek the setbacks to the property Imes and the 35-foot maximum structure height pursuant to Ch 15 2312 • The proposed land disturbance will Trot affect slopes within 300 feet of the OHWM that are greater than 20% and measured over a horizontal distance of 50 feet pursuantto Ch 16.3452 The totalimperwous surface calculation within 300 feet of the OHWM resulted in 4.A.
