AGENDA ITEM: Resolution Renewing Lease Agreement with St. Croix County Fair, Inc.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Extension of a 5 year lease agreement with St. Croix County Fair, Inc., with no changes to the
lease terms, except for the a provision acknowledging the construction of a Safe Room on the
fairgrounds.

ST C RQ RESOLUTION RENEWING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ST. CROIX
COUNTY FAIR, INC.
1 WHEREAS, St. Croix County is desirous about supporting the St. Croix County Fair
2 and maintaining the St. Croix County fairgrounds; and

4 WHEREAS, St. Croix County Fair, Inc., the "Fair Board" manages the St. Croix County
5 Fair and fairgrounds; and
6
7 WHEREAS, St. Croix County endeavors to maintain a partnership with St. Croix
8 County Fair, Inc.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
11 Supervisors that the County Administrator is authorized to sign a five-year lease extension with
12 St. Croix County Fair, Inc.
