ROLL CALL: Members present were Herb Giese, Phil Hammer, Roberta Moe, John Mortensen and Andy Germain. Larry Weisenburger, Mary Lou Smith, Lee Kellaher, and Irene Inlow were excused. Also present were Sandy Gehrmann, Cindy Icard, Jonna Pedie, Barb Blaisdell, Shirley Marlette, Janice Thompson, Elma Liberty, Peggy Patterson, Jean Schroeder, Jennifer Ninneman, and Bonnie Brande. This was an quorum . Chairman Giese reminded the Council of the importance of calling ahead if one cannot attend the meeting. No motions and decisions can be made without a quorum.
