Meeting called to order by Chair Brown at 1:45 PL Members
present: Don Brown, Tom Dorsey, John Bradley was present via
telphone conference call. Absent and excused were Tom O'Connell
and Robert Boche. Staff present: Corporation Counsel Greg
Timmerman, Finance Director Rich Loney and County Clerk Sue
Nelson.
Motion by Bradley, 2nd by Dorsey to move into closed session per WI
Statute 19.85 (1) (g) to discuss Junker Landfill litigation. Roll
call vote: all yes.
Motion by Bradley, 2nd by Brown to come out of closed session.
Carried.
Action £rom closed session: Motion by Dorsey, 2nd by Bradley to
accept terms of the settlement offer. Carried.
Motion to adjourn by Dorsey.
