Special Meeting
December 16, 1997
Meeting called to order at 8:00 a.m. (prior to County Board) by
Vice Chair Bradley. Members present: John Bradley, Tom Dorsey,
Tom O'Connell, Chair Brown was absent and excused. One vacancy
due to resignation of Robert Boche.
Staff present: Administrative Coordinator John Krizek, Finance
Director Rich Loney, Corporation Counsel Greg Timmerman and County
Clerk Sue Nelson. Others present: Suprs. Raymond, Berenschot and
King; County Planning Director Dave Fodroczi and Parks Director
Joe Grant.
Motion by O'Connell, 2nd by Dorsey to adopt the agenda. Carried.
Next meeting is January 9, 1997.
Motion by O'Connell, 2nd by Dorsey to move into closed session per
Wi Statutes 19.85 (1)(e) to conduct specified public business where
competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Roll
call vote: all yes. Carried.
Motion to come out of closed session by O'Connell, 2nd by Dorsey.
Carried.
Action from Closed Session: Motion by O'Connell, 2nd by Dorsey to
extend agreement for closing on the Onstott property to 11:00 a.m.,
January 20th, if necessary. Carried.
Motion to adjourn by O'Connell.
