Called to order at 7:07
Horne moved, with second by Giese to approve the agenda. Motion passed.
Areas of Focus
City of Hudson
-Sewer plant - doubling capacity
-Challenge to service future growth
-Southeast major focus followed by areas out by the New Middle School
Dam Rehabilitation Project
-Automatic electronic adjustments to water levels. Dams upstream cause a
domino impact.
Development Areas
-Storage of rock waste at quarry
SchooUCity Police Liaison Officer
-Grant from COPS program.
-In need of cooperative funding
-City Assessor position (rather then combined with building inspector

-Have become reactionary
-Extensive development in the township
-Malilieu Development
-Jacobs Lane Road
-Restructuring Scott Road
-Septic system law changes -require more enforcement
-Mini sewer systems for developments
-Working on ordinance
County - Herb Giese - (Ron Raymond)
-DAMN DAM - a major concern
-Jail panels not operative - need replacement - could cost $300,000 to engineer
and replace.
-Perch Lake Park property being refined
-Ag building in Baldwin under construction
-1/2 sales tax -county financially stable, income continues to increase.

-Storage buildings packed
-Bridge - Still think it's going to happen

-Use of professional inspectors with dollars from developers
