Volume 30, Page 6866, Document Number 1112232 of St. Croix County Certified Survey
Maps more fully described as follows, BEGINNING, at the most Northerly corner of that Joint
Driveway Easement as shown on said Certified Survey Map, thence S 45000'00"W 35.10;
