PARCEL DESCRIPTION
Part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter and part of the
Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter, of Section 3, Township 30
North, Range 15 West, Town of Glenwood, St. Croix County, Wisconsin;
more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 3; thence S00°22'25"E,
along the East line of the Southeast quarter of said Section, a distance of
386.81 feet; thence N89°48'57"W, a distance of 296.00 feet; thence
S00°22'25"E, a distance of 295,00 feet; thence S89°48'57"E, a distance of
296,00 feet; thence S00°22'25"E, a distance of 626,83 feet to the Southeast
corner of the Northeast quarter of said Southeast quarter and south line
thereof, thence N89°48'04"W, along said south line, a distance of 1320,41
feet to the Southwest corner of said Northeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter and west line thereof; thence N00°26'25"W, along said west line, a
distance of 259,17 feet to the north line of the Railroad right of way; thence
along said right of way, northwesterly along a curve concave Southwesterly,
