This ordinance approves 1 new ATV/UTV route.

TERRAIN VEHICLE ROUTE ORDINANCE
1 To Amend Section 79.06 of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances: All-Terrain and Utility
2 Terrain Vehicle Route Ordinance, Approved ATV/UTV Routes

4 The County Board of Supervisors of the County of St. Croix does ordain as follows:
5 SECTION 1: Section 79.06 of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances is amended to read as
6 follows:
7 79.06 APPROVED ATV/UTV ROUTES
8 The following routes are approved for ATV/UTV operation on St. Croix County Trunk
9 Highways.
10 (A) CTH S,from 280' Street to 290 Street in the Town of Glenwood; a distance of
11 1.0 mile.
12 (B) CTH C,from 90' Street to 93rd Street in the Town of Star Prairie; a distance of
13 0.02 miles
14 (C) CTH H,from 100' Street to IOO�h Street in the Town of Star Prairie; a distance of
15 0.01 miles.
16 (D) CTH I,from 501 Street to 601 Street, in the Town of Somerset; a distance of 1.0
17 mile.
18 (E) CTH NN,from 501 Avenue to 601 Avenue in the Town of Cady; a distance of
19 1.0 mile.
20 (F) CTH CC, from 2101 Avenue to Goose Lake Road in the Town of Star Prairie; a
21 distance of 0.81 miles.

23 SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as required by law
24 (this section shall not be codified).
