October 17, 1995
called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Chair Don Brown. Members
Don Brown, John Bradley, Bill Oemichen, Robert Boche,
Burke. Staff present: Administrative Coordinator John
Finance Director Rich Loney, County Clerk Sue Nelson. Also
was Supr. King.
Motion by Bradley, 2nd by Burke to adopt the agenda. Carried.
Maintenance Contingency Fund Request: Facilities Manager Ralph
Robole estimated $10,000 per year could be saved if the humidity
and jail hot water boilers were repiped for interruptable gas
useage. Motion by Bradley, 2nd by Boche to take up to $5,000 from
the 1995 Contingency Fund to repipe the boilers. Carried.
Chair thanked Robole for his efforts in cost savings.
Zoning Vehicle Information: Zoning Administrator Tom Nelson
presented proposals on the present vehicle trade-in value and
leasing information from Bernards Northtown, New Richmond and
Anderson Ford, Baldwin.
Motion by Boche, 2nd by Burke to

Part-time Help in Registrar in Probate: Krizek checked with
Registrar Inge Bleier and determined much more time is spent with
juveniles in court situations. If one staff person is gone and the
other is in court, there is no one in the office. Krizek
recommended that if the Personnel Committee would approve an LTE
for this office, the funds could be taken from the Circuit Court
budget either in line items for Law Clerk or Court Commissioners.
He also suggested making the Probate Office a separate budget in
1997. Motion by Oemichen, 2nd by Burke to refer this part-time
help request to the Personnel Committee. Carried.
Motion to adjourn by Boche, 2nd by Oemichen. Meeting adjourned at
8:55 a.m.
