Special Meeting
November 21, 1995
Meeting called to order by Chair Brown at 8:30 a.m. All members
present: Donald Brown, Robert Boche, Bill Oemichen, John Bradley,
LuVerne Burke. Staff present: Administrative Coordinator John
Krizek, Finance Director Rich Loney, County Clerk Sue Nelson.
Supr. Karen Bailey was also present.
Motion by Oemichen, 2nd by Boche to adopt the agenda. Next meeting
scheduled for December 8.
Motion by Bradley, 2nd by Boche to approve the November 9 minutes
with the following correction: In the Personnel report, remove the
sentence "Bradley opposes binding arbitration because public
employees do better in wages and fringes than private sector
employees." Carried.
Sale of 4,000 Square Feet of County Property: County Planner Ellen
Denzer reported the appraisal price as $6,200. Lund Builders
agreed to the appraisal amount and payment of $300 to Fred Nagel
for doing the appraisal.
Motion by Oemichen, 2nd by Boche to sell the subject property for
$6200 to Lund Builders. Carried.
