MINUTES
WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
NOVEMBER 139 1995
T. CROIX COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, HUDSON, WI
PRESENT: Chairperson Einar Horne; Supervisors Daryl Standafer, Tim Filipiak, Jack
Dowd and John Mortensen. Staff present included George Hayducsko, Dave
Fodroczi and Greg Timmerman.
Chairperson Horne called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Motion by Standafer,
seconded by Filipiak to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
Waste -to -Energy Facility Update
a) Motion by Dowd, seconded by Mortensen to go into closed session pursuant to
Wisconsin Stat. 19.85(1)(g) conferring with Counsel regarding the ARR bankruptcy. Roll
call vote -all yes, motion carried.
b) Motion by Filipiak, seconded by Dowd to reconvene into open session pursuant to
Wisconsin stat. 19.85(2). Roll call vote -all yes, motion carried.
Motion by Standafer, seconded by Mortensen to not negotiate settlement of bankruptcy
case with ARR and Prudential. Motion carried.
Motion by Standafer, seconded by Filipiak to adjourn the meeting at 10:25 a.m. Motion
carried.
