JOINT MEETING WITH THE FINANCE COMMITTEE AND THE
WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
SEPTEMBER 8, 1995
ST. CROIX COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, HUDSON, WI
PRESENT: Finance Committee Chairperson Don Brown; County Board Chairperson Robert Boche;
Supervisors John Bradley, Bill Oemichen and LuVerne Burke. Waste Management
Committee Chairperson Einar Horne; Supervisors Jack Dowd, John Mortensen, Daryl
Standafer and Tim Filipiak. Staff present included Dave Fodroczi, George Hayducsko,
Greg Timmerman, Rich Loney and John Krizek. Guests in attendance were Supervisor
Ron Raymond.
Chairperson Horne called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m. Motion by Standafer, seconded by Mortensen
to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
Joint Meeting with the Finance committee and Waste Management committee to go into Closed
Session Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with Counsel Regarding the ARR
Bankruptcy
Motion by Filipiak, seconded by Mortensen to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Stahite
19.85(1)(g) conferring with counsel regarding the ARR bankruptcy. Roll call vote, all yes. Motion
carried.
Reconvene into Open Session Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(2)
Motion by Standafer, seconded by Filipiak to reconvene into open session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute
19.85(2). Roll call vote, all yes. Motion carried.
Motion by Standafer, seconded by Filipiak to adjourn the meeting at 9:52 a.m. Motion carried.
